Where is my order?+

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. You can also track your order anytime through your Faktor Beauty account.

How long does shipping take?+

Delivery typically takes 7–12 business days depending on your location. International shipping may take longer due to customs.

Do you ship internationally?+

Yes! We ship to many countries around the world. International shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?+

Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at support@faktor.com. We’ll do our best to assist you.

What is your return policy?+

We accept returns of unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery. For more details, visit our Return & Refund Policy page or email our support team.

Damaged or incorrect product?+

Please contact us with a photo and your order number within 7 days of receiving the item. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.

Are your products cruelty-free and safe?+

Yes! All Faktor Beauty products are cruelty-free, tested for safety, and made without harsh or harmful chemicals.

What payment methods do you accept?+

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), PayPal, and other secure options. All transactions are encrypted.

Where do orders ship from?+

We fulfill from regional partner warehouses (U.S. and international) based on stock and destination. Your tracking page will show the shipping origin. Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages.

Will I pay customs, duties, or VAT?+

International orders may be subject to local taxes or duties collected by your customs office upon arrival. These fees aren’t included at checkout unless stated. Any customs delays are outside our control.

Do you offer free shipping?+

We run free-shipping promos and thresholds that can vary by country and season. Check the site banner or cart for the current offer. Discount codes typically don’t apply to shipping unless specified.

My tracking hasn’t updated—what should I do?+

Carriers can take 24–72 hours to scan updates, and some scans may be skipped. If you see no movement for 7 business days, contact us with your order number and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
