  • Eligibility for Returns
    You may return any unused and unopened product within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be in its original packaging, sealed, and in resaleable condition.
  • How to Initiate a Return
    To initiate a return, please email us at support@faktoreviews.com with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason for your return. Our support team will guide you through the return process.
  • Items Not Eligible for Return
  1. Used or opened products
  2. Items not in original packaging
  3. Gift cards
  4. Final sale or clearance items
  5. Products received over 30 days ago
  • Exchanges
    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, contact us with a photo of the product within 7 days of delivery.
  • Return Shipping Costs
    Unless the product was damaged or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
  • Refund Processing
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Partial Refunds
    In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted (e.g., missing components, products not in original condition). Our team will assess and inform you of the amount refunded.
  • Late or Missing Refunds
    If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or credit card provider. If the issue persists, contact us at support@faktoreviews.com and we’ll assist you.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items
    If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details. We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund.

    Faktor Reviews reserves the right to update this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.
